14/01/2025: We spoke with Leonie and Martin about the potential income vs the fixed costs. I told him that the market is as low as last year, so we do not expect a good turnover. According to Martin, based on the turnover projection, they want to decide what kind of insurance they will choose for instance, they could choose a smaller amount for loss of charter or even not put the boat in charter and choose lower insurance and a cheaper berth. They are afraid they will have to pay more in costs than strictly necessary. So please prepare a feasible projection and discuss what is best for them. They would also like to be informed regularly during the season, please make a note of that.
