Tropea is a small seaside town on the coast of the Tyrolean Sea, in Calabria region, on the very south of Italy. It is a very popular tourist destination because of its interesting architecture, impressive landscape, sunny beaches and warm blue sea, which is why this part of Italian coast is called Costa degli Dei (Coast of the Gods).
Tropea is a very popular destination among the yachtsmen who sail over the Tyrrhenian Sea and at the foot of the city is situated modern marina. Marina Porto di Tropea has 620 berths for boats up to 45 m, and each mooring is equipped with water and electricity connections.
Within the marina there is a large parking lot, fuel station, bar, restaurant, laundry service, shop, service workshop with crane, charter agency and outdoor theater with 600 seats which hosts various cultural events are held.
