Yacht Charter Booking Process

Browse our Yacht Charter offer, including Sailing Yachts, Catamarans, Motor Yachts and Gulets, using the available search and filter options on our website. If you prefer personal assistance, you may contact us directly via e-mail at info@sailing360.com, phone, or messaging platforms, and our team will suggest the most suitable options based on your preferences.

Once you have selected a yacht of interest, you can review all relevant details, including photos, technical specifications, layout, and real-time availability.

You may proceed with the booking:

  • directly through our online booking form (name, surname, e-mail address, postal address, and phone number required), or
  • by contacting our team via e-mail, phone, or messaging services with your preferred dates, yacht type, number of guests, and any special requirements.

For yachts with real-time availability, the booking can be completed instantly without additional confirmation. For yachts not covered by real-time availability, you will receive a written booking confirmation and quotation once availability is verified.

Yacht Charter Payments

Upon completing a booking request or direct booking on our website, the Client will receive a written quotation and payment instructions.

The standard payment structure is as follows:

  • 25% advance payment upon booking confirmation,
  • additional 25% payment no later than 30 days after booking confirmation,
  • remaining 50% balance no later than 30 days before embarkation.

For bookings made within 30 days before the charter start date, full payment is required immediately.

Online payments made by credit or debit card are confirmed automatically. For bank transfers, the Client is required to send proof of payment to info@sailing360.com.

Once payment is verified, the Client will receive a booking confirmation and charter voucher, which serves as official proof of reservation made through Sailing360.com – Luxuria Adria Ltd.

All prices are gross prices, including VAT (where applicable) and agency commission.

Cancellation of Yacht Charter Booking

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by the person who made the booking.

The following cancellation fees apply:

  • 30% of the total charter price for cancellations made up to 30 days before embarkation,
  • 50% of the total charter price for cancellations made within 30 days before embarkation,
  • 100% of the total charter price for cancellations made within 14 days before embarkation or in case of no-show.

The Client may propose a replacement charterer, subject to approval by the Charter Company.
